The holidays at Disney are my absolute favorite time of the year. From the incredible decor down Main Street, the amazing entertainment, and the long-running Christmas Fantasy Parade, I think it just doesn't get much better than that! Here are all my must-dos, tips, and tricks when going to the parks during the Holidays!
These are a must in front of the castle. This just gives you the warm and tingling all over the place. I love love love this firework display, the soundtrack, and minimal projections, I just love it. If you want front row, my recommendation is staking out a spot from 6:00 pm - 6:00 pm at the latest. This display is one of the hardest to get front row to. But it does have entertainment every hour with the castle lighting show where it lights up and snows.
One of the best versions of World of Color in my humble opinion, this ties in all the classics with a Disney twist. Absolutely incredible display that will for sure get you in the spirit. For this show, I would recommend getting a virtual Que for and getting there at the latest 7:30. The second the queue opens up, run in there. I like to wait around the entrance at around seven to make sure I get my spot in the half circle. Or I have heard to sit on the bridge for a cool view too. Haven't tried it yet but will let you know once I do!
One of the most popular holiday snacks is Disneyland's Homemade gingerbread. Mobile order this first thing in the morning at 7 am PST. That is your best bet on getting your hands on this! This is one of my all-time favorite snacks and frankly, the best gingerbread I've had. I could eat these all day if I could!
Some of my other favorites include the gingerbread cookies at Harbor Gallery across from the Haunted Mansion or during this time, the Holiday Mansion!
